Be a Lifelong Learner!
Four fun classes with DSACK
At DSACK we believe learning is a lifelong quest, and we believe learning with new friends is the best! Starting Monday, 8/24, through Thursday, 8/27, we have four fabulous classes to get our learning on!  All classes are virtual, there is no class size limit, and no extra chromosome is required!  The more the merrier!

Monday we will enjoy a cooking class with Ms. Jacqui from Fayette County Cooperative Extension.  We will be making a Hawaiian pizza, so come hungry! This is a fun class for the whole family, and everyone can make their own dinner. All details including recipe and Zoom link can be found here.

Tuesday is more of a social hour with our college students.  Even though their college class doesn’t start until September, our DSACK college students will be hanging out via Zoom, as they have since COVID cancelled their classes this past spring.  Get to know our college students, learn about their lives and about the classes they take at BCTC.  We promise it will be the highlight of your week.  Zoom link here.

Wednesday brings us Fitness with Frances.  Frances is a DSACK volunteer and fitness coach.  During COVID, she has kept us fit by leading us in a fitness class each week. This is low impact and safe for all ages.  A healthy lifestyle is an important habit to learn.  Join us as we learn together.  Information here.

Thursday is a wonderful music class for children. Sarah Smitha from Candy Mountain Music will be leading us on a musical bug hunt.  The whole family will enjoy the creativity, movement, and fun in this class.  Join us here.

Each class begins at 6:30 p.m. and is completely free, as is everything we offer at DSACK.  We can’t wait to “see” you!
