Virtual Down With Dares

Who says we can’t have fun during quarantine at home? Join DSACK for Down With Dares virtual scavenger hunt on May 16, 7-9 p.m.

Join us for the best virtual scavenger hunt ever! We’ll send you a Zoom link and assign each team a Zoom breakout room to put together your strategy and start doing dares. Teams sizes can be 2-6 members. Since this is virtual, your team members can be ANYWHERE!

Our theme this year is, “We go together like…” (salt/pepper, honey/bees, you get the idea). There is a prize for best costumes and best team name. Once you have your team formed, choose a team captain. Your team captain will be responsible for sending pictures to your judge throughout the evening, and yes, we will be sharing those pictures via Zoom and Facebook Live on DSACK’s page. Those pictures will be judged for points, and your judge will communicate with you to let you know if you are getting the full point value. One big hint is to know that some dares are worth more points but may take more time. Be strategic and keep it family-friendly!

Keep your eye on the prize. First prize for the team earning the most points will be a week in a newly renovated beachfront condo at Panama City (sleeps 8). Not too shabby, huh?! There will also be prizes for second and third place, as well as best team name and best costume to go with our theme.

Let’s talk about the pandemic, because we probably haven’t heard enough about it already! We have moved this to a virtual platform, to keep us all within guidelines for COVID 19 restrictions. Yes, some of our dares will require a drive-by photo of something, but the whole team does not need to be in the car. So, you may designate one household or one person to do the drive-by dares.
